Here at Luxe House LDN, we pride ourselves on client satisfaction and great service. Therefore, in order to avoid any disappointment and/or misunderstandings, please read through our policies carefully.

Please note that our hairdressing service and hair extensions store are two different departments, therefore it is in the client’s responsibility to ensure that hair extensions are ordered in time for the appointment if our extensions are desired to be used on the day of your appointment.  Please take the provided shipping times into consideration to avoid disappointment.

LATENESS & CANCELLATIONS

Just Let Us Know, Communication Is Key x

Please ensure that you arrive on time to your appointment. If you arrive more than 15mins late, you will be charged a £10 late fee. If you are more than 25mins late to your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

You are required to pay a deposit upon checkout in order to secure your booking, the outstanding balance can be paid at your appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment without informing us, you will lose your deposit and may be blacklisted from future bookings. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, you will lose your deposit. We completely understand that life happens sometimes and we will always work with you to reschedule and give leeway where possible, but we ask that your respect our time and always communicate with us.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Sooner Rather Than Later x

We aim to provide you with full satisfaction in regard to your experience with our website and services.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed; however exchanges may be accepted subject to the terms and conditions below:

  • Please notify us via email of your intent to exchange within 3 days of receipt of your purchase(s). Returns received after this time frame or without notification may be rejected by our team.

  • We will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 3 days after the recorded receipt of the item.

  • We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products where the original packaging has been removed or the product appears damaged or used. In the event that the packaging has been removed or the product appears damaged or used, it is our right to decline an exchange request.

  • All shipping and handling costs will be at the customer's expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation as we will not be responsible for lost packages.

  • We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made.

  • In the specific case of hair extensions, closures, frontals and wigs, they will not be accepted for returns or exchanged once the order has been placed

In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

SHIPPING ORDERS

PLEASE ALLOW 24-48 hours for order requests to be processed and dispatched. The delivery times are below:

Hair products – 2-4 working days.

Hair extensions 5-8 working days.

Orders can be shipped or collected from the address you will receive in your confirmation email (Enfield, EN3). Please note this time frame may differ for international delivery.
